Refund and Returns Policy
At Stephen Shop, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide beautiful, high-quality planters and plant pots that bring life to your space. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review our Return & Refund Policy below to understand how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. You must also provide a valid proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or invoice.
2. Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, and to ensure the best customer experience, the following items are non-returnable:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized items
- Items returned after the 14-day window
- Damaged products caused by misuse, improper handling, or not following care instructions
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, email us at support@stephenshop.site with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our support team will respond with return instructions and the return shipping address.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as a wrong or defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Stephen Shop is not responsible for lost or untraceable return shipments.
5. Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be in the same condition you received them—unwashed, unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging. Items that show signs of wear, dirt, or use may be subject to a partial refund or rejected for return.
6. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7. Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong color or size or simply changed your mind, you may exchange your item within the 14-day window. To begin an exchange, contact our support team. We’ll confirm product availability and help arrange the exchange once the original item is returned.
8. Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will quickly arrange for a replacement at no extra cost, or offer a full refund.
9. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of being placed. If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, you may proceed with a return after delivery following the guidelines above.
